That service keeps a record that the call took place and of the number it came from. The operator takes your request and passes it to a licensed insurance agent so that the agent can contact you.
The form does not ask for policy numbers, driver’s license numbers, Social Security numbers or payment details. Please do not type them into the form or give them when you call this site.
To limit repeated sends, the form keeps a scrambled fingerprint of the sender’s network address for one hour.
